Thank you for an unprecedented 2025: consolidation, expansion, and leadership
There is barely one week left to say goodbye to 2025 and welcome a new year, one in which we are already working to bring you new and exciting projects. This is the perfect time to look back and reflect on everything these past 12 months have brought us. Without a doubt, it has been a major challenge for the company—one that has successfully consolidated its position in many of the markets where it operates, expanded into new ones, and strengthened its leadership in others.
First and foremost, as always, we would like to thank all our partners and clients who have once again placed their trust in us. Their commitment is the driving force that pushes us to keep innovating and expanding our operational capabilities to deliver the most comprehensive and cutting-edge solutions. And of course, a special thank you to the entire BOTECH team for their outstanding work throughout 2025—without them, none of this would have been possible.
If 2024 was the year of unprecedented growth, 2025 has been no different: expansion, new agreements, new services… Below, we summarize the milestones that have defined these twelve months:
We continue to invest in international expansion with the opening of our own office in Lima, Peru, aimed at combating fraud and supporting regulatory compliance in the Andean market. With this new location, we now have offices in seven countries (Spain, Mexico, the United States, Brazil, Chile, the Dominican Republic, and Peru).
Marking a key milestone for the company, BOTECH USA has been registered as a federal company within official United States government systems. This seal of trust and compliance validates our capabilities and authorizes us to:
More than 2,500 training sessions delivered in recent months. This figure fills us with pride and gratitude, demonstrating the success and strong reception of our high-quality cybersecurity training programs—essential for our clients’ professional development.
Throughout the year, we held three additional PCI ISA training sessions (two in-person and one online). We would like to especially thank Marc Bayerkohler from the PCI Security Standards Council for leading these sessions in Spanish and sharing his valuable experience and knowledge.
After analyzing nearly 1,000 small and medium-sized enterprises, we developed and released a key report that clearly outlines the real level of exposure and existing defensive measures in this crucial segment of the economy.
We launched a tool designed to streamline and optimize the PCI DSS certification process for the retail and e-commerce sectors.
BOTECH joined UNAV (National Union of Travel Agencies) as an associate member, actively contributing to the protection of travel agencies against the latest fraud threats.
