BOTECH arrives in Chile
We continue to grow! We have landed in Mexico, Brazil, Peru, and the United States, and now it is Chile's turn with a new headquarters in Santiago de Chile. This inauguration is another step in the international expansion of the company, which is growing rapidly in the Latin American and Caribbean region, which suffered 200 billion attempted attacks in 2023, of which a total of 6 billion were recorded in Chile. BOTECH is now in Chile to offer its latest innovations in the field of regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, and cyber intelligence.
To combat cybercrime in the country, the company will have offices in Santiago, Chile, from which its team of cybersecurity experts, supported at all times by the head office in Madrid, will assist and advise organizations interested in protecting themselves against all types of cybersecurity incidents. This new location will enable the company to support them in the fight against fraud and assist them in complying with regulations (such as PCI DSS, PCI 3DS, PCI PIN, PCI Card Production, ISO 27001, and SOC certifications). The company, which has been operating in Spain for 15 years, in Mexico for 10 years, and in the United States for four years, currently offers its services to major international corporations.
“For us, this inauguration in Santiago, Chile, represents an important development for our business and is the best way to respond to the cybersecurity protection needs of Chilean companies, helping them to protect their revenue, confidential information, and reputation”, explains Miguel Ángel Rojo, CEO of BOTECH.
BOTECH, which offers the most innovative cybersecurity, fraud prevention, and compliance services globally to provide maximum security, is a leader in online fraud operations in Spain, a pioneer in phishing detection and shutdown, one of the world's leading cybersecurity companies in the banking sector, and one of the leading organizations in compliance, with an expert team that last year alone carried out more than 120 PCI-DSS audits, including 51 Level 1 PCI, PIN, 3DS, and Card Production audits.
